File Server

The Igaware File Server is an SMB file server allowing private and public file shares to be created.

Access to shares can be controlled by user or group, determined when a user logs onto their desktop computer. Access can be set to read/write access, read only access, or no access.

Users can logon to the file server as a member of a workgroup or a domain. See Windows Integration.

All Igaware Servers have RAID 1 (2 x mirrored hard drives) as standard and support data backup.

All files open and written to the file server can be scanned for viruses using Igaware Anti-Virus.
