Anti-Virus
Igaware Anti-Virus uses the Clam AV and the award winning Kaspersky Anti-Virus Engines.
Email AV
All incoming, outbound and local email is virus checked. Anti-Virus
definitions are updated as often as every 30 minutes. If a virus is detected
messages can either be disinfected and delivered to recipient (with filtering
notification), or blocked.
File Server AV
All files open or written to the file server are scanned. If a virus
is detected files can be automatically quarantined and a warning message
sent to the user via Windows Messenger service.
Desktop AV
Kaspersky AV Desktop Clients can be configured to automatically update
from an Igaware box.
