Installing Client for Microsoft Networks

1. Open the Windows XP Networking control panel by clicking the button and selecting Control Panel. If you see Switch to Classic View under the Control Panel heading on the left, click that text to switch to Classic View. Select Network Connections. Double-click the Local Area Connection icon in the resulting Network Connections window.

2. Click on the button.

3. Click on the button.

4. Select the item then click the button.

   
   
   

5. Select the Client for Microsoft Networks item then click the button.

6. Insert the Windows XP CD if prompted.
