Web Groupware
Users can log onto a web page on their Igaware box and access their email, contacts, diaries and documents. Diaries, contacts and tasks can all be shared.

The benefit of web groupware is that client software (e.g. Outlook) isn't required. This saves you money on licensing, upgrades, updates and support. It also means you can access your groupware from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Open-Xchange
Open-Xchange supports the sharing of contacts, diaries and tasks using Outlook and other 'fat clients'. If Outlook is your preferred email client then you can continue to use this with your Igaware box.
